COMPANY OVERVIEW

Happee Antz was officially launched in May 2025, marking an exciting milestone in the evolution of job search technology in the Philippines. However, the foundation of the company began much earlier, with the concept and research studies initiated in September 2024. From its earliest planning stages, Happee Antz was built around one defining mission: to make job hunting human again.

This mission was born out of a vision to create a fair and accessible digital space where blue-collar job seekers could explore real opportunities without barriers. Recognizing that many job platforms often prioritize corporate roles, Happee Antz was designed to bridge the gap by offering equal visibility and opportunities for every Filipino worker, regardless of background, skill level, or profession.

At the helm of Happee Antz is Ms. Demie Joi Dela Cruz, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President. Under her leadership, the company continues to push for innovation and inclusivity in the employment landscape. Although Happee Antz is a new player in the market, the people behind it are far from new to the game.

Our core management team brings together a combined experience of more than 20 years in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, 10 years in recruitment, and 5 years in the Virtual Assistance field. This diverse expertise gives Happee Antz a holistic understanding of both job seekers and employers, allowing us to design a platform that connects real talent with real opportunities through a process that feels personal, reliable, and efficient.

Proudly 100% Filipino-owned and operated, Happee Antz was founded by individuals who have personally experienced the struggles of job hunting, the challenges of recruitment, and the complexities of business growth. This first-hand understanding shapes everything we do. Being Filipino-led is not just a part of our story; it is the heart of who we are.

HOW OUR COLONY BEGAN

In 2024, the project initiation of Happee Antz officially began, marking the first step toward building a platform designed to transform the job-hunting experience for Filipinos. The project was spearheaded by Project Manager EJ Apelado, whose leadership, strategic planning, and commitment played a vital role in laying the foundation of what Happee Antz is today.

Under EJ’s guidance, the development team conducted extensive research, system planning, and feasibility studies to ensure that the platform would not only be functional but also impactful. The focus during this stage was to create a system that could connect job seekers and employers seamlessly while promoting transparency, fairness, and inclusivity.

The project initiation phase in 2024 served as a turning point, setting the direction, defining the goals, and shaping the mission of Happee Antz to make job hunting more human, accessible, and empowering for everyone.

In May 2025, Happee Antz was officially launched under the visionary leadership of Ms. Demie Joi P. Dela Cruz, marking a major milestone in the company’s mission to revolutionize the job-hunting landscape in the Philippines.

The launch of Happee Antz symbolized not just the introduction of a new job portal, but the beginning of a movement to redefine how opportunities are discovered and pursued. ACHIEVEMENTS & MILESTONES

Launched our very own job portal, www.happeeantz.com, a platform designed to connect job seekers and employers in a more personal, transparent, and efficient way. The website serves as a digital hub where individuals can explore verified job opportunities, build professional profiles, and connect directly with hiring companies across various industries.

This milestone marked a major step forward in our mission to make job hunting more human, more inclusive, and more accessible for everyone.
We are proud to have successfully filled 150 full-time positions for a healthcare account of one of our premium clients in BGC, McKinley, accomplishing this in under 14 days. This achievement demonstrates Happee Antz’s commitment to rapid, high-quality recruitment and operational excellence.

Formed strategic partnerships with multiple startups and established call centers across the Philippines to provide comprehensive recruitment assistance and workforce solutions. These collaborations have allowed Happee Antz to extend its reach within the BPO industry, helping companies streamline their hiring processes while ensuring job seekers gain access to verified and legitimate opportunities.

Through these partnerships, we have been able to support a diverse range of clients from newly launched call centers building their initial teams to large, well-established organizations looking to scale their operations efficiently. Our recruitment assistance services include candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding support, all tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
Expanded our range of services to include comprehensive training and onboarding programs tailored for remote teams, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent performance across distributed workforces. These programs were designed to equip employees with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to succeed in virtual work environments while aligning with company standards and goals.

Additionally, we proudly launched our FREE Virtual Assistant (VA) Training Services, a milestone initiative aimed at empowering job seekers by providing them with valuable skills in administrative support, client communication, and digital productivity. This program reflects our commitment to supporting career growth, fostering self-sufficiency, and creating more opportunities for individuals to thrive in the evolving remote work landscape.

OUR ACTIVE COLONY INITIATIVES

PERMITS AND LICENSES

Happee Antz is actively in the process of securing our DOLE 174 and PEA licenses to become a full-fledged manpower agency, and we anticipate that all necessary documentation and approvals will be completed and furnished before the end of the year. Obtaining these licenses is a key milestone in our ongoing commitment to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our operations are fully aligned with Philippine labor laws and international employment standards.

These licenses not only reinforce our credibility and accountability as a recruitment solutions provider but also demonstrate our dedication to safeguarding the interests of our partner clients and job seekers. By strengthening our legal compliance, we aim to provide a more secure, transparent, and reliable recruitment experience, reflecting the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every interaction.


HAPPEE ANTZ PARTNERSHIP WITH VISAYAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT – 911 PROJECT

Happee Antz is actively preparing for an official affiliation with the Visayas Local Government in support of the 911 Project, a critical initiative aimed at enhancing emergency response services in the region. As part of this partnership, Happee Antz will leverage its expertise in recruitment and talent management to pool and deploy highly qualified personnel, ensuring that the project is staffed with the right skills at the right time.

In addition to manpower coordination, Happee Antz will serve as the Project and Business Development body, driving operational efficiency and implementing best practices to optimize the project’s overall performance. Our team will focus on streamlining recruitment processes, maintaining a skilled and ready workforce, and supporting the local government in executing project goals with precision and consistency.

Through this collaboration, Happee Antz demonstrates its commitment to operational excellence, workforce readiness, and strategic development, ensuring that the 911 Project operates with maximum efficiency, responsiveness, and reliability. By combining talent management with structured project oversight, we aim to strengthen emergency response capabilities and contribute meaningfully to the safety and well-being of Visayas communities.


TESDA AFFILIATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Happee Antz continues to strengthen its commitment to recruitment and operational excellence through strategic initiatives across the Philippines. As part of our expansion, we will spearhead the development of the TESDA Tanza, Cavite Branch, which is scheduled to launch between the mid-first and second quarter of 2026.

This project highlights our dual focus on talent acquisition and operational management. Happee Antz will ensure that the branch is equipped with a highly skilled workforce by implementing robust recruitment strategies, training programs, and competency-based evaluations. At the same time, we will oversee operational planning, process optimization, and resource management to guarantee that the branch operates efficiently from day one.

Through this initiative, Happee Antz reinforces its mission to deliver high-quality, people-centered recruitment services while maintaining world-class operational standards. By aligning workforce readiness with strategic operational execution, we aim to establish the TESDA Tanza branch as a model of excellence in training, recruitment, and service delivery for both the local community and partner organizations.

Armed with a degree in Marketing and Business Entrepreneurship from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas, one of the Philippines’ most respected institutions, she has already carved a name for herself as a fearless entrepreneur. While many are just beginning their careers at her age, she has already proven her edge in the construction and franchising industries, where her sharp decision-making, entrepreneurial insight, and relentless drive have transformed bold ideas into thriving businesses.
